STEMCELL Technologies offers 10-chamber CellSTACK® culture vessels, originally manufactured by Corning®, optimized for scalable and flexible cell culture. Each chamber provides 636 cm² of tissue culture-treated growth area and yields an average of 6.36 × 10⁷ cells per chamber, offering a useful alternative to multiple roller bottles or spinner flasks.

The vessels are constructed from sterilized, non-pyrogenic polystyrene with high optical clarity. Each stack has two 26 mm diameter filling ports providing direct access to the chamber bottom, supporting sterile filling and emptying by pouring, pipetting, or tubing in a fully closed system. The ports are fitted with 33 mm threaded caps incorporating 0.2 μm non-wettable vent filter membranes, which allow gas exchange while minimizing the risk of contamination.

Approximate total cell growth area is 6360 cm² with a recommended working volume of 1300–2000 mL. Flask dimensions are 335 x 206 x 203 mm. The product is gamma irradiated and intended for research use only.
