Cell Scraper, Lifter Blade, 39 cm

This extended-reach scraper is manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies for cell culture applications. The 39 cm handle is constructed from acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and features a 30 mm flexible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) blade positioned perpendicular to the handle, which scrapes with a raking motion.

The handle and blade materials meet USP, Class VI requirements, and all material resins are qualified using USP and/or ISO 10993 standards for cytotoxicity. The scraper is RNase/DNase-free, non-pyrogenic, and sterilized by gamma irradiation. The flexible blade helps prevent damaging cells or scratching surfaces during use, and the long shaft offers extended reach for large or deep culture vessels.

Designed for harvesting cells or cell lysates, the lifter blade is recommended for use with tissue culture-treated dishes and cell culture flasks. Store at 15 - 25°C; the shelf life is stable until the expiry date on the manufacturer label. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and high atmospheric humidity, as these conditions may directly impact the product's packaging over time.
