Cell Culture Flask, 150 cm_, 50 Flasks

STEMCELL Technologies offers a tissue culture-treated flask with a vent cap. Manufactured by Corning®, the flask is made of optically clear polystyrene and treated for optimal cell attachment. It features an orange high-density polyethylene cap equipped with a 0.2 µm microporous polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) vent filter membrane, and is non-pyrogenic.

With a canted neck style, the flask measures 226.8 x 111.8 x 39.1 mm (length x width x depth) and provides an approximate cell growth area of 150 cm² with a recommended working volume of 30 - 45 mL. The shape offers good pipette and cell scraper access to the corners. The product is sterilized by gamma irradiation and is recommended for cell culture applications, including use with a variety of cell culture media products such as the MesenCult™-ACF Plus Culture Kit.
