Canine Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of canine MIP-3 beta/CCL19 (Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 Beta) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids.

The assay uses a 96-well pre-coated microplate format with a biotinylated anti-MIP-3 beta/CCL19 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <6.3 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.

Recovery has been validated in canine serum (80%-102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (81%-100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (80%-89%, average 84%, n=5), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions in the same matrices.
