AggreWell EB Formation Medium

A serum-free, defined culture medium from STEMCELL Technologies, this reagent drives reliable aggregation and embryoid body (EB) generation from human embryonic and induced pluripotent stem cells when combined with AggreWell microwell plates. Uniformly sized spheroids typically form within 24 hours of plating, giving stem cell researchers a reproducible starting population for directing differentiation into hematopoietic, cardiac, neural, and pancreatic lineages, as well as for disease modeling and toxicology screening workflows.

Supplied as a 100 mL bottle, the formulation is intended for in vitro research use only and minimizes lot-to-lot variability across batches.
