AggreWell 800 6-well, 1pk

The AggreWell™800 microwell plate from STEMCELL Technologies provides a simple, user-friendly method to generate large numbers of highly uniform 3D cell spheroids and embryoid bodies. The plate features 800 µm microwells in a 6-well format, supporting a cell range of 3,000 - 20,000 cells per embryoid body or spheroid.

Compatible with a wide range of cell types, including pluripotent stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, cancer cells and cell lines, the plate supports applications such as directed differentiation of pluripotent stem cells using embryoid body protocols, generation of 3D cancer spheroids for tumour biology or disease modelling research, and spheroids for drug discovery research. AggreWell™ plates are also commonly used for neural induction workflows.

As part of the 2nd generation AggreWell™ range, the plate features aligned microwell arrays and improved optical properties for crystal clear imaging directly in the plate, while maintaining the same ease-of-use, uniformity and reproducibility of the original format.
