AggreWell 400 24-well, 5pk

Designed by STEMCELL Technologies, these 24-well microwell plates feature a 400 µm microwell size for generating embryoid bodies and 3D spheroids. Each well accommodates approximately 1,200 microwells, supporting a cell range of 50 to 3,000 cells per EB or spheroid. The 2nd generation design includes aligned microwell arrays and improved optical properties for crystal clear imaging directly in the plate.

Compatible with a wide range of cell types, including pluripotent stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, cancer cells, and cell lines, the plates are used for applications such as generating 3D cancer spheroids for tumor biology and disease modelling research, as well as directed differentiation of pluripotent stem cells, including neural induction using STEMdiff™ Neural Induction Medium (NIM).
