AggreWell 400 24-well, 1pk

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, the AggreWell™400 microwell plate is designed to generate uniform 3D cell spheroids and aggregates. Each microwell is 400 µm in size and supports a cell range of 50–3,000 cells per embryoid body (EB) or spheroid, with approximately 1,200 microwells per well in the 24-well plate format.

Compatible with a wide range of cell types, the plate supports applications including directed differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) using EB-based protocols, as well as tumor spheroid formation for cancer research and 3D models for drug discovery research. AggreWell™ plates provide a simple, user-friendly method to generate large numbers of highly uniform 3D cell spheroids.

The system is also offered in a 6-well plate format with approximately 5,900 microwells per well, and in an AggreWell™800 variant featuring 800 µm microwells. Aggregate size can be controlled by adjusting the initial cell input.
