The reagent lifts hESCs, iPSCs, primary fibroblasts, neural cultures, and tumor spheroids within 2 to 5 minutes at room temperature, leaving surface markers intact for downstream flow cytometry, immunostaining, or reprogramming workflows.

Because serum neutralization is unnecessary, washing steps are reduced and overall cell viability improves compared with harsher proteases. For best results, the single-use bottle should be aliquoted upon arrival and refrigerated between sessions, with each 100 mL volume typically supporting 20 to 30 T75 flask passages depending on confluency.
