6-Well Plate, FB, nonTC, 100 Plates

STEMCELL Technologies offers a sterile, flat-bottom, non-treated 6-well plate with lid, suitable for a variety of cell culture applications. The plate has a clear, untreated, hydrophobic polystyrene surface and is ready for use in an aseptic environment. The included lid is non-reversible and is designed to prevent cross-condensation among wells. The plates are stackable for easy handling and storage.

Both the plate and lid are made from clear and transparent polystyrene and are non-pyrogenic. Sterilization is performed by gamma irradiation. The plate measures 127.8 x 85.5 mm (length x width) and conforms to a standard plate footprint and dimensions. Each well has a capacity of 16.8 mL, with a recommended working volume of 1.9 - 2.9 mL per well, and an approximate cell growth area of 9.5 cm² per well. The product should be stored at 15 - 25 °C and is intended for cell culture use.
