6-Well Plate, FB, Fibronectin, 50 Plates

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, the CellAdhere™ Fibronectin-Coated 6-Well Flat-Bottom Plate is a sterile, optically clear polystyrene multiwell plate featuring a flat-bottom, tissue culture-treated surface and is supplied with a lid. The plate is designed for cell culture applications and conforms to standard plate footprint and dimensions.

The plate is coated with fibronectin derived from human plasma at 2 µg/cm² for optimal cell attachment. It is non-pyrogenic and sterilized by gamma irradiation. The raw material source is human plasma, which is tested for the presence of infectious viruses (HBsAg, HIV-1Ag, Anti-HIV-1/2, and Anti-HCV) and found non-reactive; users are directed to handle the product as if potentially infectious and to follow appropriate safety and personal protective practices.

Recommended working volume is 1.9–2.9 mL per well, with an approximate cell growth area of 53.2 cm² per well. These products are for research use only and are not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated.
