37 µm Reversible Strainer, Large

For filtration of single cells and isolation of cellular aggregates, this 37 µm Large Reversible Strainer from STEMCELL Technologies uses a reversible format that allows researchers to capture material on the strainer surface and then release it by flipping the device onto a new conical tube. In an hPSC suspension culture workflow, aggregates are collected from a conical tube onto the strainer; the strainer is then transferred to a new conical tube, and warm GCDR is used to rinse the aggregates through into the new vessel. The device supports clump passaging protocols, where some aggregates may remain on the strainer surface and can be rinsed with additional medium to increase yield. This item corresponds to the Large size option in the STEMCELL Technologies reversible strainer line.
