STEMCELL Technologies offers a combined service bundle for the STEMvision instrument that pairs Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification, and Instrument Performance Verification (IQ/OQ/IPV) with a Preventative Maintenance visit and a one-year warranty. The STEMvision is described as an automated, standardized, algorithm-based imaging and counting system for human and mouse hematopoietic colony-forming unit (CFU) assays.

Each new instrument from STEMCELL Technologies includes a one-year warranty covering parts, labor, and travel, with options to extend coverage and add preventative maintenance, qualification, and performance verification services. Under an active warranty, STEMCELL Technologies Instrument Specialists will upgrade or replace the instrument as needed to help ensure its performance over time, and up to four additional years of warranty coverage can be purchased at any time during an active warranty period.

Preventative Maintenance and IQ/OQ/IPV are part of a broader set of service options designed to minimize downtime and maintain optimal instrument performance. This bundle combines those core service options into a single package for the STEMvision platform.
