The package is engineered to keep the instrument performing within factory specification, supporting immunomagnetic cell isolation workflows used in immunology, transplantation, and regenerative medicine research laboratories.

Routine service visits include fluidics calibration, valve integrity checks, robotic alignment verification, and firmware diagnostics on the cell separation platform. Field engineers also replace wear-prone components such as single-use disposable pipette tips, tubing assemblies, and peristaltic pump heads that contact room temperature cell suspensions during each run, helping to prevent cross-contamination between preparations.

Used for in vitro cell isolation work involving human, mouse, and non-human primate samples, the agreement grants priority dispatch of OEM-trained technicians and access to genuine replacement parts. Each RoboSep-S PM package is registered as a single service unit tied to the instrument serial number, giving laboratories traceable maintenance records that align with GLP and ISO 15189 audit expectations.
