Designed for use across a range of immunomagnetic workflows, the instrument supports positive selection of human CD3+ cells from whole blood and buffy coat, positive selection of human extracellular vesicles from plasma, serum, cell culture conditioned medium, and urine samples, negative isolation of untouched human T cells, negative isolation of untouched human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) directly from whole blood, and negative isolation of untouched human total lymphocytes directly from whole blood.
