RoboSep Hu Do It Yourself Pos Slctn Kit

A reagent kit from STEMCELL Technologies enables isolation of human cell types of interest from single-cell suspensions using the user's own mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody, applied through an EasySep™ immunomagnetic protocol.

The kit supports positive selection of human cells labeled with APC-conjugated, FITC-conjugated, biotinylated, or PE-conjugated antibodies, working from PBMCs or other single-cell suspensions. Separation is column-free, relying on an immunomagnetic approach. Compatible buffers and purity-assessment antibodies, along with a suitable magnet, are available separately for use with the EasySep™ workflow.
