RoboSep-16 Warranty w/PM Pkg, 1 Year

A one-year service agreement from STEMCELL Technologies protects the RoboSep-16 fully automated cell separation instrument through scheduled preventive maintenance and factory-supported warranty coverage. The carousel-based immunomagnetic isolation platform processes up to 16 samples per run using EasySep™ cell isolation reagents, handling in vitro sample volumes of 0.5 to 8 mL per tube. The maintenance plan supports laboratories running continuous cell isolation workflows for translational research, immunotherapy development, and regenerative medicine programs.

The PM component includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits during the 12-month coverage period, with inspection of robotic pipetting components, calibration of magnetic and liquid-handling subsystems, and replacement of wear parts. Service is performed by factory-trained STEMCELL Technologies engineers, and the contract includes priority technical response, firmware updates, and remote diagnostics for the Windows-based controller.

Targeted at immunology, oncology, and stem cell research laboratories that depend on consistent lymphocyte, monocyte, and progenitor cell isolation from whole blood, buffy coat, or apheresis products, the package helps facilities running GLP-compliant protocols maintain instrument qualification while reducing unplanned downtime. Coverage is purchased per instrument and is renewable on an annual basis.
