QIAlink Software

A centralized management software platform from QIAGEN, QIAlink connects, monitors, and audits QIAstat-Dx in vitro diagnostic cartridge-based analyzers across distributed clinical laboratory networks. The application enables remote review of PCR run results, real-time instrument status checks, user access management, and configurable result release workflows, reducing the need for staff to physically attend each analyzer. Laboratory personnel can generate diagnostic reports from any networked workstation, coordinate multi-site operations, and maintain an auditable trail of cartridge testing activity for regulatory and quality assurance in infectious disease diagnostics. The software integrates with QIAstat-Dx respiratory, gastrointestinal, and meningitis/encephalitis multiplex panels used for syndromic pathogen detection. Delivered as a server-based software package licensed per analyzer connection, the platform supports centralized IT administration through standard network infrastructure and complies with clinical laboratory data management requirements.
