Vacuum Regulator

QIAGEN supplies this Vacuum Regulator for monitoring and adjusting vacuum pressure during vacuum-driven nucleic acid purification workflows. It is designed for use with all QIAvac manifolds, making it a flexible accessory across the QIAvac product family.

Beyond standalone use, the Vacuum Regulator is supplied as a preassembled component of the QIAvac Connecting System, where it sits on a tray together with a sterile filter, a vacuum gauge, and a regulator connecting tube. In this configuration it supports controlled vacuum processing of QIAGEN spin columns through the manifold, helping maintain consistent pressure during sample handling.
