From the QIAGEN Secondary Sample Technology consumables range, these disposable polypropylene columns are designed for gravity-flow chromatography. They are intended for use with Ni-NTA Agarose or Ni-NTA Superflow, accommodating bed volumes of 1 ml and 5 ml, with corresponding total capacities of 6 ml and 15 ml respectively. The columns are supplied as components within QIAGEN's QIAexpress Type IV and Type ATG Kits.
