PBS 0.1MAG Vessel With Ports, 1 Unit

Manufacturer data indicate that the PBS-MINI 0.1 MAG single-use vessel supports a 100 mL culture volume. Consistent daily fold expansion has been demonstrated for a human embryonic stem cell line (H9) and a human induced pluripotent stem cell line (WLS-1C) cultured over 4 days using mTeSR™3D, with high end-of-passage viabilities. hPSC aggregates harvested from these vessels display typical morphological characteristics of suspension culture, including a mostly spherical shape, clear edges, an even color, and a dimpled or pock-marked appearance, with aggregates typically 350-400 µm in size.
