Description
These sterile conical tubes from Eppendorf are manufactured from high-quality virgin polypropylene and are free from biocides, plasticisers and latex. The tubes are colorless and feature a screw cap closure with a conical bottom.
For safe sample identification, each tube carries both a human-readable code and a 2D Datamatrix barcode, with the 2D code remaining readable even when up to 30% damaged. The tubes are precoded for immediate use and can be managed using sample management software such as eLabInventory, with optional data processing software available on request.
Produced under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified quality management, the tubes are pyrogen-, DNase-, RNase- and bacterial DNA-free, with a nominal volume of 15 mL and a temperature range of -86 °C to 121 °C. The optimised, finely polished moulds are manufactured without release agents such as oleamide, erucamide or stearamide.
