Synthetic antimicrobial peptide reagent corresponding to murine cathelicidin-related antimicrobial peptide (CRAMP), the mouse homolog of human LL-37. Supplied by QIAGEN as a lyophilized single-use vial containing 1 mg of peptide, this reagent supports studies of innate immunity, mucosal host defense, and antimicrobial activity.

Reconstitute the lyophilized pellet in sterile distilled water to a stock concentration of 1 mg/mL, then store aliquots at -20 °C for up to 6 months. Protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles by preparing single-use working aliquots before each experiment. Working concentrations of 1 to 10 µg/mL are commonly used for in vitro bacterial and fungal challenge assays, with additional applications in inflammation, wound healing, and skin barrier research.
