This polyclonal secondary reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in goat and recognizes both the heavy and light chains of rabbit IgG, allowing broad detection of any rabbit-origin primary antibody. Conjugation to iFluor 488 (excitation ~491 nm, emission ~516 nm) yields a bright green signal compatible with standard FITC and Alexa Fluor 488 filter sets on fluorescence microscopes and flow cytometers. The conjugate is supplied as 100 µg in a liquid, ready-to-use format for immunofluorescence staining of fixed cells or tissue sections, typically applied at 1–10 µg/mL. For best results, store refrigerated at 4 °C, protect from light, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
