The Antibodies.com polyclonal Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody is supplied as 100 µg of liquid reagent. The (H+L) designation indicates recognition of both heavy and light chains on mouse immunoglobulin, enabling detection of intact IgG as well as Fab and Fc fragments across western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows. Affinity-purified from goat serum, this unconjugated reagent can be paired with enzyme-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary reporters. The antibody should be stored refrigerated for short-term use or frozen in aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and the supplied concentration is suited to dilution-series optimization for individual assay conditions.
