Secondary antibodies from Antibodies.com provide reliable detection of primary rabbit immunoglobulins in fluorescence-based assays. This donkey anti-rabbit IgG reagent binds both heavy and light chains of the target antibody, supporting broad reactivity with intact rabbit IgG as well as Fab and Fc fragments. The fluorophore label emits green fluorescence after excitation by blue light, making the conjugate suitable for visualization on standard fluorescence microscopes and flow cytometers equipped with FITC filter sets.
The product is supplied as a 100 µl vial and is formatted for use in immunofluorescence staining of fixed cells or tissue sections, as well as flow cytometry analysis of cell surface and intracellular markers. The IgG isotype reagent, raised in donkey, pairs cleanly with primary rabbit antibodies in standard workflows, including multi-color fluorescence panels. Researchers commonly apply the diluted conjugate to samples after primary antibody incubation, followed by washing and mounting for microscopy or acquisition on a flow cytometer.
Store refrigerated, protected from light, to preserve fluorophore activity. This reagent is for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic or therapeutic applications in humans.
