Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) (Cy3)

The Antibodies.com Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) (Cy3) is a polyclonal secondary antibody raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against whole goat immunoglobulin, binding both heavy and light chains. Cy3 (Cyanine 3) conjugation provides bright orange-red fluorescence with an excitation maximum near 550 nm and emission maximum near 570 nm, compatible with standard TRITC and Cy3 filter sets on fluorescence microscopes. The reagent is validated for immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P) and frozen sections (IHC-Fr), and immunocytochemistry (ICC), and is supplied as 100 µl of liquid. It is specific for goat IgG with minimal cross-reactivity to non-goat host immunoglobulins, making it a reliable secondary reagent for two-step labeling workflows. To preserve fluorophore activity, protect from light, store refrigerated in single-use aliquots, and minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
