Description
A 5 mL round-bottom tube from STEMCELL Technologies, fitted with a reversible cell strainer cap, supports filtration of single cells and isolation of cellular aggregates, including embryoid bodies and spheroids. The Falcon® tube is constructed of sterile polystyrene and is intended for cell separation and cell culture, usable with or without caps. It is suitable for flow cytometry applications performed in an aseptic environment.
