Conical Tubes, 15 mL, 500 Tubes

Sterile polypropylene conical tubes designed for cell centrifugation and other cell culture applications. The tubes are recommended for separation by density gradients or pelleting, dilution of samples or solutions, sample storage, and molecular biology workflows such as DNA purification.

Each tube is made from translucent polypropylene with a high-density polyethylene cap featuring a threaded dome seal closure to retain liquid during routine laboratory procedures. The tube and cap are biologically inert, RNase/DNase-free, and non-pyrogenic. Tubes measure 17 x 118 mm (outer diameter x height) with a nominal volume of 15 mL and graduations every 0.5 mL. They withstand centrifugal forces up to 12,000 x g and are sterilised by gamma irradiation. Store at 15 - 25°C and use as directed in protocol of choice.
