Description
STEMCELL Technologies SepMate™ 15 mL tubes are sterile, single-use conical tubes featuring an internal porous insert designed to simplify and speed peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation using density gradient media such as Ficoll. The insert creates a physical barrier that protects the buffy coat during decanting, allowing the enriched cell layer to be poured off quickly and reproducibly. Compatible with standard centrifugation equipment, the tubes support stem cell identification and isolation workflows, including the depletion of lineage-committed cells from whole blood when used together with the RosetteSep™ Human Progenitor Cell Basic Pre-Enrichment Cocktail.
