Description
STEMCELL Technologies supplies these sterile, polystyrene round-bottom tubes manufactured under the Falcon® brand. With a working volume of 14 mL and dimensions of 17 x 95 mm, the tubes are recommended for use with the EasySep™ cell separation system and are suitable for general cell culture applications. They are available with or without caps.
In published EasySep™ protocols for human whole blood and mouse cell isolation workflows, this 14 mL tube serves as the required vessel for processing samples within the 1.5–7 mL volume range.
