Round-Bottom PS Tube w/o Cap, 5 mL, 125

Manufactured from clear and transparent polystyrene, these sterile round-bottom tubes from STEMCELL Technologies have a nominal volume of 5 mL and are intended for sample preparation, sample storage, and sample centrifugation. The tubes are biologically inert, RNase-/DNase-free, and non-pyrogenic, and are sterilized by gamma irradiation. They are required for EasySep™ cell isolation when used with the EasySep™ Magnet or the EasyEights™ EasySep™ Magnet (5 mL side), and are also suitable for flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). Measuring 12 x 75 mm (outer diameter x height) with no graduations, they withstand centrifugal forces up to 1400 x g and should be stored at 15 - 25°C.
