Rotor-Gene Q 5plex (PC) Priority

A rotary real-time PCR instrument from QIAGEN, designed for reliable quantitative PCR assays with 5-channel multiplex detection. The rotor-based design provides highly uniform temperature control and low well-to-well variation for precise Ct values. Five fluorescence channels support multiplex assays.

The PC-controlled workflow runs alongside intuitive Rotor-Gene analysis software, with fast thermal cycling and uniform heating delivering reproducible results across samples. The system is well suited to infectious-disease testing, research, and diagnostics requiring sensitive qPCR quantitation.
