PyroMark Q96 Cartridge (3)

A reagent cartridge from QIAGEN designed for the delivery of nucleotides and reagents for use with the PyroMark Q96 ID instrument. The PyroMark Q96 ID dispenses the correct volume of enzyme mix, substrate mix, and nucleotides from the cartridge using variable pulse times and dispensing pressures. The settings for these pulse times and dispensing pressures are specific for each cartridge lot and correspond to the method number printed on the cartridge; the matching instrument method is selected in the PyroMark Q96 Software or PyroMark CpG Software according to the reagent cartridge being used. Manufacturer-supplied settings for the PyroMark Q96 ID list two dispensing pressures of 650 mbar and 400 mbar across all listed codes, with pulse times varying by code from 88 ms to 126 ms for enzyme mix, 88 ms to 115 ms for substrate mix, and 8.0 ms to 9.4 ms for nucleotides.
