Replacement bottom plates for automated nucleic acid purification workflows on QIAsymphony SP and AS instruments. Each adapter holds secondary tubes in the correct position during lysis, binding, wash, and elution steps, supporting reliable walkaway processing of up to 96 samples per run. The rigid frame snaps into the shaker position of the module, and the pack of 2 plates provides a spare set for continuous throughput in busy extraction rooms. Recommended for molecular biology and clinical research labs performing DNA, RNA, or viral nucleic acid extraction from primary samples such as whole blood collected in standard 2 mL blood collection tubes. Each plate is autoclavable and reusable after decontamination, extending consumable lifetime in high-volume settings. Compatible with QIAGEN primary sample handling racks and the predefined QIAsymphony extraction protocols. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight; wipe down with 70% ethanol or 10% bleach between runs to prevent carryover between samples.
