Rotor-Gene Q 5plex HRM (PC) Priority

From QIAGEN, this rotary real-time PCR instrument combines five-channel multiplex detection with high-resolution melt (HRM) capability for genotyping, mutation scanning and sequence variation analysis. The rotor geometry is engineered for excellent temperature uniformity, a factor critical for HRM sensitivity. Five fluorescence channels paired with HRM-enabled optics support detailed melt curve analysis. The PC-based control runs specialised HRM analysis tools within the Rotor-Gene software. The system is positioned for high reproducibility and sensitivity in mutation detection and genotyping workflows, and is suitable for clinical research, molecular diagnostics and assay development.
