Rotor-Gene AssayManager 2.1

QIAGEN's automated result-reporting software is designed for use with the company's real-time PCR kits on the Rotor-Gene Q MDx 5plex HRM platform. Rotor-Gene AssayManager v2.1 rapidly and accurately determines mutations and reports results, informing the system operator if one or more of the mutations detected by the kit are present in each sample. When both positive and no-template controls are valid and the sample internal controls are valid, mutation status is displayed directly within the software.

Result analysis and interpretation is fully automated and simplified by the software. It is used with assays including the therascreen PIK3CA RGQ PCR Kit, which helps clinicians identify breast cancer patients that may be eligible for treatment with PIQRAY (alpelisib), and the ipsogen CALR RGQ PCR Kit, which is intended for the detection of CALR mutations in subjects suspected of myeloproliferative neoplasms. The software is used together with the optimized protocols described in the kit handbook.
