RNase H MBG (250 U)

This molecular-biology-grade enzyme from QIAGEN is a high-purity RNase H designed for the removal of RNA from RNA:DNA hybrids. The enzyme selectively degrades RNA in RNA:DNA hybrids, making it suitable for applications such as reverse-transcription cleanup, second-strand synthesis, and library preparation.
