The QIAsphere Connectivity Package B from QIAGEN equips supported instruments with a direct link to the QIAsphere cloud platform, allowing laboratory teams to monitor nucleic acid extraction and purification runs without standing at the bench. It serves primary sample technology environments that require remote oversight, digital run records, and consumable tracking.

Once fitted, the module transmits run status, error flags, and protocol information from the host instrument to the QIAsphere dashboard. Managers can review which kits were used, when each batch finished, and whether any runs require follow-up, while bench scientists continue to operate the instrument through its existing interface. All data flow passes through encrypted channels aligned with typical laboratory IT requirements.

The kit includes a connectivity module, Ethernet cabling, and a printed quick-start guide. Installation is performed once per instrument, normally during a scheduled maintenance window, and the module is powered through the host instrument, so it does not need an additional outlet or extra bench space.
