QIAquant 96 5plex (115V) System FUL-5

Engineered for quantitative molecular biology workflows, this QIAGEN real-time PCR platform delivers 5-target multiplex detection across a 96-position plate format. The integrated optical system uses five excitation and emission filter pairs to discriminate common fluorophores including FAM, HEX, ROX, Cy5, and equivalent dyes, supporting gene expression analysis, SNP genotyping, pathogen detection, viral load quantification, and melt curve genotyping in a single run.

The Peltier-driven thermal block provides uniform temperature ramping across all reaction positions, with adjustable protocols for fast or standard cycling. The instrument pairs with QIAquant software for automated thresholding, absolute and relative quantification, allelic discrimination, and high-resolution melt analysis. The 115V power configuration is configured for North American laboratory installations.
