QIAcube Connect System FUL-3

The QIAGEN QIAcube Connect is a standardized sample processing instrument designed to perform fully automated purification of nucleic acids and proteins in molecular biology applications. It automates the lyse, bind, wash, and elute steps of QIAGEN spin-column kits for DNA, RNA, and protein sample processing (some sample types require manual lysis), supporting efforts to standardize the first step of the research workflow. The instrument features an illuminated worktable, a guided software setup process, and dynamic processing capabilities designed to make it easy to process complex samples.

Connectivity is built around the QIAsphere platform, allowing remote tracking of instrument status, while an integrated UV light supports decontamination of the entire worktable. Managed user access ensures that usages are tracked and data is well protected. The platform is compatible with over 80 trusted QIAGEN spin-column kits and supports over 140 standard protocols for the most frequently used applications, with optional protocol customization expanding use to virtually any application.

Configurations include the QIAcube Connect robotic workstation for automated purification of DNA, RNA, or proteins using QIAGEN spin-column kits, a QIAsphere Base to connect to a local network, a barcode reader, and a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. The system is intended for use by professional users trained in molecular biological techniques and the operation of the instrument.
