PyroMark Vacuum Prep Filter Probe (100)

Single-use filter probes supplied as a pack of 100 for the QIAGEN PyroMark Vacuum Prep Workstation, the benchtop vacuum station that prepares biotinylated PCR products for pyrosequencing runs on PyroMark Q24 and PyroMark Q96 instruments. Each probe captures Streptavidin Sepharose beads carrying the biotinylated template, allowing the bound DNA to be washed, denatured, and annealed with sequencing primer in a continuous vacuum-based workflow before dispensing into PyroMark well plates.

Disposable format eliminates cross-contamination between samples, a critical requirement for quantitative mutation detection, SNP genotyping, and bisulfite-converted methylation assays where any bead or template carryover would distort allele quantification. The probes are used with PyroMark binding, washing, and denaturation buffers according to the standard QIAGEN protocol, and each tip handles one sample from PCR amplification through to sequencing primer annealing.
