PyroMark Q48 Cartridge Set

A cartridge set from QIAGEN designed for the PyroMark Q48 Autoprep pyrosequencing system. The cartridges serve as reservoirs and precision dispensers for the automated delivery of enzymes, substrates, and deoxynucleoside triphosphates (dNTPs) into reaction wells during analysis. Their high-precision geometry supports micro-dosing of reagents while minimising dead volume, and the design integrates fully with the optical and hydraulic architecture of the PyroMark Q48 Autoprep platform.

Each cartridge is clearly labelled with colour coding for accurate filling of specific nucleotide types (A, C, G, T) and base reagents (Enzyme, Substrate). The cartridges are manufactured from high-quality polymeric materials that are chemically inert and resistant to prolonged contact with pyrossequencing components and cleaning solutions. The set is intended for use with PyroMark Q48 Advanced Reagents and should be transported and stored at room temperature (+15 to +25 °C), protected from dust and mechanical damage.
