Proteinase K (5 ml)

This QIAGEN Proteinase K reagent is a consumable accessory within the Primary Sample Technology portfolio, intended as a supplement to the Puregene DNA purification workflow. According to the manufacturer's handbook, Proteinase K is listed as an optional reagent for protocols involving body fluid and buccal cell samples, and is also supplied as a component of the Puregene Tissue Kit. The Puregene system is designed for manual purification of high-molecular-weight genomic, mitochondrial, or viral DNA from a broad range of sample sources, including whole blood, buffy coat, bone marrow, body fluids, cultured cells, animal tissues, Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, and yeast.
