Description
A concentrated buffer from QIAGEN, designed for DNase treatment of FFPE samples during nucleic acid purification workflows. It is intended for use with the QIAsymphony RNA Kit (FFPE protocol), the RNeasy FFPE Kit and the miRNeasy FFPE Kit, and is added as instructed in QIAGEN DNase protocols to improve removal of genomic DNA from RNA preparations. The formulation supports enzymatic DNase treatments and is compatible with QIAGEN extraction kits and automated platforms. For handling, RNase/DNase-free consumables should be used, the kit instructions and safety data sheet followed, and the product stored according to manufacturer guidance.
