CT Cryogenic Vial, 4.5 mL, Ext, 100 EA

For reliable cryostorage of laboratory samples, these 4.5 mL sterile vials from STEMCELL Technologies feature an external-thread design. Constructed from clear polypropylene with a round-bottom, self-standing form, each vial comes with a polypropylene cap that includes an integrated leak-proof seal.

Each vial is graduated every 0.1 mL and has a frosted side panel for easy labeling. The vials have a nominal volume of 5 mL and withstand temperatures as low as −196°C in gas or vapor phase. They are RNase/DNase-free and non-pyrogenic, sterilized by gamma irradiation. Dimensions are 90.9 mm in length including the cap, with a vial diameter of 11.4 mm and a cap diameter of 13.2 mm.

Intended applications include cryopreservation and cell storage. Store at 15–25°C and use before the expiry date on the manufacturer label, avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and high atmospheric humidity.
