CT Cryogenic Vial, 1 mL, Ext, 500 EA

These sterile, self-standing cryogenic vials from STEMCELL Technologies are designed for reliable sample cryostorage. They feature an external thread polypropylene cap with an integrated leak-proof seal, and are constructed of clear polypropylene with a conical-bottom design.

The vials include graduated markings every 0.1 mL and a frosted side panel for easy labeling. They withstand temperatures as low as -196°C in the gas/vapor phase and are RNase/DNase-free and non-pyrogenic, with sterility achieved by gamma irradiation. The nominal volume is 1.2 mL.

With the cap attached, the vial length is 40.4 mm; the vial diameter is 11.7 mm and the cap diameter is 13.2 mm. Recommended storage is at 15–25°C, and the product remains stable until the expiry date on the manufacturer label. Suitable applications include cryopreservation and cell storage.
