CT Cryogenic Vial, 1.8 mL, Ext, 100 EA

Designed for reliable sample cryostorage, these 1.8 mL cryogenic vials from STEMCELL Technologies feature external-thread caps in polypropylene and are supplied sterile and self-standing with clear polypropylene construction.

The round-bottom tube features graduated markings and a frosted side panel for easy labeling, capped with a polypropylene cap that includes an integrated leak-proof seal. Intended applications include cryopreservation and cell storage. The vials withstand temperatures as low as -196°C in the gas/vapor phase and are certified RNase/DNase-free and non-pyrogenic.

Nominal volume is 2 mL with graduations every 0.1 mL. Dimensions are 47.5 mm in length (vial with cap), 11.4 mm in vial diameter, and 13.2 mm in cap diameter. Sterility is achieved through gamma irradiation, and recommended storage is 15-25°C.
