Channeling Block, QXT

The replacement channeling block from QIAGEN fits inside the vacuum chamber of a QIAxtractor instrument upgraded with the QXT accessory pack, where it enables the QIAxtractor to run dedicated QIAcube HT kits. The molded black component slides into the channeling block holder (catalogue 9022664) and seats in the left waste chamber, shaping the airflow path used by the vacuum-driven wash and elution steps of a QIAcube HT run.

During a purification protocol, the block distributes vacuum evenly across the QIAamp 96 plate seated in the transfer carriage so each of the 96 columns receives uniform flow without cross-channel leak. It is paired with the channeling adapter (catalogue 9022656) and is required for workflows running QIAcube HT software version 4.17 or higher. Swap in the block when flow irregularities, channel-to-channel carryover, or visible wear appear on the manifold interface during scheduled preventive maintenance, then wipe it with a damp cloth and a dry lint-free wipe before returning it to its holder.

Supplied as a single unit. Store at room temperature in the original packaging, away from dust and solvent exposure, until installation.
