1 kb DNA Ladder Ready to Load

A ready-to-use molecular weight marker from Solis BioDyne designed for DNA fragment size determination on gel electrophoresis. The marker contains 13 discrete DNA fragments ranging from 300 bp to 10,000 bp, formulated to run accurately and provide crisp band patterns. It is supplied with bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol dyes that act as a visual aid to monitor migration progress during agarose gel electrophoresis. For best results, load 5–10 µl of the ladder per well. The storage solution is composed of 10 mM EDTA, 10% glycerol, 0.015% bromophenol blue, 0.015% xylene cyanol, and 0.17% SDS. The reagent is intended for in vitro use only.
